Zhiguang Yichuang Unveils Next-Gen All-Scenario Distributed Station-Level Energy Storage EMS
On July 25, Zhiguang Yichuang made a major announcement at the 2025 5th National Conference on New Energy Storage Technology and Engineering Applications – Zhiguang Energy Storage Forum, launching its independently developed next-generation station-level EMS (Energy Management System), becoming the focal point of the event.

Amid the accelerated implementation of China’s “Dual Carbon” strategy, Zhiguang Yichuang introduced a brand-new station-level EMS guided by the principle of “smart operation, simplified protection.” The system seamlessly integrates the entire energy storage lifecycle through the “Perception–Decision–Execution–O&M” chain, offering a comprehensive six-in-one capability:

Advanced Architecture: The EMS adopts a three-tier structure of perception–control–management, supports cloud-edge collaboration, and is compatible with IEC104, IEC61850, and other communication protocols.
Real-time Performance: The hardware features an industrial-grade capacitive touchscreen with a native FLUTTER UI, enabling millisecond-level data acquisition and command dispatch.

Intelligent Optimization: Supports multi-objective economic optimization strategies such as demand control, anti-backflow, and primary frequency regulation.
High Compatibility: Compatible with RS485, Modbus, CAN, MQTT, and Ethernet interfaces, and supports PCS, BMS, electric meters, PV inverters, and other equipment.
Easy Maintenance: Features OTA (Over-the-Air) remote upgrades, operation log archiving, and cloud-based control, reducing O&M labor requirements.
Data Monitoring & Visualization: Provides full-stack monitoring of ESS components, PV inverters, weather stations, cooling devices, and more. It supports customized single-line diagram drawing and real-time visualization of key data such as PCS, BMS, and electric meters.

Zhiguang Yichuang's EMS has powered numerous energy storage stations across China, with over a hundred systems operating online with zero failures. It has delivered projects totaling 10GWh in capacity, covering more than ten provinces including Qinghai, Tibet, Xinjiang, Shandong, Guangdong, and Zhejiang, spanning industrial-commercial storage, renewables, grid-side, and centralized grid-connected scenarios.
Highlighted Projects Include:
Qinghai Dachaidan 800MWh Energy Storage Station: Focused on primary frequency regulation and AGVC, this project integrates multiple technologies including flywheels, supercapacitors, lithium titanate, sodium-ion, and semi-solid-state batteries, creating a high-altitude hybrid storage demonstration site.

Guangdong Qingyuan Baimiao Phase I 400MWh Independent ESS: Aimed at grid-level frequency and peak regulation, this station offers large-capacity storage and fast response, providing flexible support for regional power balance.

Shandong Laicheng 200MWh Peak-Shaving ESS: Through dual functions of primary frequency control and AGVC, it effectively smooths fluctuations and enhances local renewable energy consumption.
Guangdong Huizhou Truly 10MW/22.12MWh Independent ESS: Designed for commercial and industrial use, the project leverages peak-valley arbitrage, demand control, and anti-backflow strategies to significantly reduce electricity costs and enhance power security.
Looking ahead, Zhiguang Yichuang will continue to focus on the digital energy sector, injecting new momentum into energy storage through ongoing technological innovation. The company remains committed to delivering smarter, more reliable energy management solutions that drive high-efficiency operations and create value breakthroughs for customers.
